We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Sunday Meal/Cook Prep...

Kind of crappy weather today, so that means its a perfect time to do some egging for the week ahead. Elise's first day of 4th grade is tomorrow and I'm sure this will be busy week.

Figured to get ahead a little and have at least the porteins cooked, probably have salads for sides in case I don't get back in front of the egg till later this week.

Going to do some chicken breasts and a London broil. The chicken breasts are seasoned with one of the rubs I got as part of either the gift exchange or from the 4th photo contest. Either way, can't wait to taste the results, the stuff smelled amazing while I was prepping the chicken. The beef will likely be done with some Montreal seasoning.
