Sunday Meal/Cook Prep...

Kind of crappy weather today, so that means its a perfect time to do some egging for the week ahead. Elise's first day of 4th grade is tomorrow and I'm sure this will be busy week.

Figured to get ahead a little and have at least the porteins cooked, probably have salads for sides in case I don't get back in front of the egg till later this week.

Going to do some chicken breasts and a London broil. The chicken breasts are seasoned with one of the rubs I got as part of either the gift exchange or from the 4th photo contest. Either way, can't wait to taste the results, the stuff smelled amazing while I was prepping the chicken. The beef will likely be done with some Montreal seasoning.
