We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Planked Salmon

This weekend's (Friday) cook, at the BIL's house on Smith Lake, Alabama.  One fish in two fillets, relatively fresh, firm flesh and good smelling.  EVO and 'Neighbors By Choice' Strawberry Jalepeno jam, as recommended by the jam maker and chef Craige DeMoss ( www.NeighborsByChoice.com ) at a recent farmer's market visit in Brentwood, TN.  One cedar plank and one alder plank, dunno which one I ate off of, but it was good.  This morning the leftover's were way good since the smoke had cleared from my nose <g>.

I Have cooked fish for the last two weekends, longing to get back to...RIBS!
