I've had my egg for a year and a half. Never really had the the "perfect temp settings" others claim to have. Ive never had such luck,'m doing my first butt cook since buying the Hi q grate and I'm HIGHLY impressed. I finally feel I can go to bed and not worry. Temp has been 225-230 for the last 6 hrs. Gonna try a phone pick also. Time to start boozing... Harder!
