Reverse sear!!!!!!

got some kind of thin steaks this evening and wanted to reverse sear them.....how long will it take to get to the right temp.......

    How thin? Anything under an inch I just grill direct. If you do... It won't take long.

    Agreed. No point reverse searing a thin piece.
