First Smoke

Options

First foray in the world of smoking.  Got a Large BGE for my birthday!  This was last weekends feast.  Tasted as good as it looks.  Not bad for my first time :)

St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs...

 

225-250 ish.  Method ended up being 2.5/2.25/.5. Homemade rub to start, mid way wrapped in foil with Apple Juice/Honey/Brown Sugar.  Last 15 min or so applied a couple layers of Think Bone Suckin Sauce.  No other attempts to compare it to but it was pretty tasty!
