I saw the recipe for the salad in Food & Wine and tried it...radicchio is pretty sharp (a bit less after grilling), but went well with this very rich main dish.
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped coarsely
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup EVOO
2 Tbs fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Salt and pepper
