Got some baby backs when they were buy 1 get one free at the local grocery a few months ago. Put some in the freezer immediately after buying (Still in original packaging). Thawed since I was planning on cooking them this weekend but never ended up getting around to it. Question is how long they can stay in the fridge now--until next weekend (5 days)? Should I try to re-freeze them?
No time to cook them during the week.
thanks for the advice

In cryovac 5 days is probably fine. If they smell funky a few minutes after you open them.. toss em.

I had some in the fridge for a week and they were still good just wrapped in foil. 3 days later the last 4 tasted wrong but not bad so the Lab checked them and they came out all right... Just saying!

Sorry, mine were cooked already.
