We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First time pizza. Nailed it! With pics.

So I decided to do pizzas with some friends. Bought some dough from a local pizza place and was able to crank out three circular pies. I made a peperonie, an Italian sausage, and my favorite... The pulled pork pizza with blues hog bbq sauce for the base and cheddar cheese. I was really satisfied with how these turned out and will definitely be doing it again. I will make the dough a little thinner next time would be my only critique.
