Shake and Bake Pork Chops (Please HELP!)

Folks, please assist me, SWMBO wants to cook some simple chops in the Shake and Bake method. As I am the proud owner of a LBGE, I feel that I may be excommunicated in the Man, Fire, Meat club if this is allowed. I am looking for my brothers and sisters of the green egg society to assist (in other words, I want to mess with her). I look forward to your thoughts/comments.

Why not just Shake Em, then Bake Em on the Egg, 350 - 400 indirect?

I would do as TJ says, the egg works like your oven when you cook indirect.

Do what Tjcoley said. Have her shake them, the egg bake them... then say you helped!

Do whatever she wants. Don't let the egg come between a good thing--this time.

Great idea, I'd suggest you use second burn lump and no smoke wood...... keep it clean.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

  •  If you smell a delicious, crispy smell after the race, it's not your tailpipe. It's just a little of Shake...and Bake!
