Second stall on a pork shoulder?

I have been sitting at 181 (probe 1) 185 (probe 2) for what feels like forever.
I have been cooking a 6.5ish pound shoulder since 8am (now 7pm) and I had a stall at 160.
It's been at least 30 minutes and the probes haven't moved at a grill temp of 240 dome temp of 270ish.

Anyone ever seen this?

Not unusual to have a second stall. You can bump the dome up to 325 - 350 if you need to push it through.
It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.
