Leftover pulled pork frittata

Options
Had one metric sh!1load of pulled pork leftover from last weekend's cook, so I made a frittata. I didn't do it on the egg, but certainly could have finished it there if I wanted to fire it up. Just used a bunch of leftovers-bacon, onions, pulled pork, 8 eggs, half cup milk, all in the CI skillet. Yummy.
