Wings with Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce

Anyone have any good secrets for a wing sauce with roasted garlic and some buffalo sauce?  Making some for my daughter's birthday tomorrow.  Will make a trial batch tonight.  Appreciate the help

Have you ever made "The Chicken" from the Naked Whiz site?  The sauce from from that recipe is pretty much what you're describing.  It's unbelievably good, not to mention spicy, and it's a huge hit whenever I make it.  Here's a link...

  • I didn't try the one from the Naked Whiz site, but plan to.  I ended up using Franks Red Hot, Brown Sugar, Roasted Garlic and butter. I used the 30-20-10 method to cook and they turned out great.  There wasn't one left at the end of the party.  Lots of great comments on them.  Can't wait to try them again. Now I wonder, what is next on the Big Green Egg for me....
  • Those are some tasty lookin wings, sounds like a great recipe.

Those look great. Throw some ranch dressing into the mix next time. Add another dimention and then you dont have to dip your wings in sauce!
