I just put 2 pounds of cheddar cheese on the egg. Using the sawdust type smoker. Any idea how long I should smoke it for?
Very excited

You can't do it wrong.
I would try at 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours and 6 hours.
I don't like much cold smoked past 8 hours.

For my taste I go 3 hrs.

I go 3 hours but light both sides if the smoker. Is this equivalent to 6 hours with one side lit? Who knowsColumbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013
