Butt stall in the 150's?

is this possible?  my butt sat between 155 and 160 for about 3 hours...need to pull this sucker off (is now low 160's) in about 4 -4.5 hours and hoping there's not another stall because most of what I've read is the stall is 165-170.  if so could be in trouble.

Sounds like you should be coming out of the stall... The last 20-30 degrees usually go quick. You can wrap in hdaf, bump the temp up to 350 and finish it earlier.

Butts do different things, but are very tolerant of temperature. If you are worried, wrap in foil an crank to 350. Stall will be long forgotten after 30 min and your shoulder will rest for a couple hours, and be delicious.
