I don't usually buy ahead but 2.99 and 2.88 ribs are as cheap as I am going to find them, and in cryovac I figured why not. I put two 4lb racks that were well frozen in the fridge just now for prep work Saturday night. Do you figure they should defrost ok in 48 hours?
