Steak that is...

It was so good last night I decided to run it back.

Seasoned with S&P and some garlic salt. Sides were grilled peppers and a simple salad. Love meals like this...

    Honestly think that it's the most flavorful cut I've done so far for basic straight up beef flavor.

    Sitting here enjoy this amazing evening. Maybe lucky to have 10 nights a year like this... Mid 60's low humidity and a nice breeze. You can feel Autumn in the air tonight.

    Autumn at the end of July? It's actually a little cooler here as well. Wish football was on, but we are only a few weeks away... Any news on Miggy's injury? I'd hate to think he doesn't get a shot at another triple crown because he has to sit on the DL a couple of weeks at the end of July.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Nothing yet. Hope it's just a few days rest. He's such a horse, I can't imagine him being out long. He's still in the hunt. Best player on the planet.

    Far and away the best pure hitter I've ever seen. I'm convinced he could hit .275 if someone told him where the pitch was going to be thrown and he was blindfolded. Even Bonds before and after steroids wasn't this good.

    I like how he'll sometimes set a pitcher up by taking a lame ass swing at a pitch just to have the guy throw the same one and then he drills it to the gap or opposite field 400'
