Thought I'd share some pics from my cookouts the last couple of weeks...
Of all the briskets I've cooked, this was my first time doing burnt ends and they came out awesome! Tempted to "burnt ends" the whole brisket next time. Ha!
Ribeyes are always a hit! Hard to beat them.
Teriyaki sirloin kabobs. It doesn't get much better than pineapple and veggies with DP's Pineapple Head caramelized all over.
Spicy mango chicken w/ a steak dry rub. I use tenderized breasts, which are great for absorption of marinade and also cook quickly and evenly. But, you have to be paying attention or you can overcook them real easily.
