Saw this recipe and the combination of flavors looked interesting so gave it a try tonight. Was really good, I'll definitely do again.
Cilantro, 1 cup
Garlic, 2 cloves
English peas, 1bag, boiled until just tender
Lemon, 2 tbs
1/4 cup reserved water from peas
Lemon juice, fresh, 2tbs
I coated the scallops with EVOO, salt and pepper and cooked raised direct. Plated with the pea purée, scallops, topped with Gremalata and some lemon wedges.
