Low and Slow Pork Steak

Tried a new method (for me any ways) of cooking pork steak. Indirect at 250 degrees F for 3 hours, sauced and put in a foil pan covered for 1 hour, back on the grill for an hour to finish. Turned out very tender and very flavorful. Sorry no pics ! ( I guess it really didn't happen) my imagination sure tasted good !
