Parade Magazine today - Barbeque!

In today's Sunday paper. Won't tell you much about how to make better BBQ, just let's you know that everyone else is finding out what we've already found out about BBQ. It does have a few shots of Aaron Franklin and his BBQ restaurant. One shot shows numerous briskets (must be a mighty big Egg!). His temperature gauge says it all; 150-250F smoke, 250-350F barbecue, 350-450F grill. In place of grill we would say 'turbo'. In season episode one of BBQ Pitmasters on Netflix this a.m. Myron Mixon just took home the grand prize on the strength of 'grilling' a Wygu brisket at 350F for 4-5 hours. So there's all kinds of ways to cook! Now I'm all pumped up and have to figure out what we're going to cook today while we relax and play around the house this Sunday. Enjoy!
