Got a few salmon going with Kahlua, Maple Syrup, Lemon slices and chives.
Placed indirect 350F on BGE on cedar planks. Decided to do indirect 'cause last plank direct burnt up after 1 hour under water. Probably tooo close to the fire.

While we were eating the fish with a nice avocado salad, I shut the BGE down and placed some peaches on that had been drizzled with Gran Marnier and Dizzy Pig. When we were finished with the main course, the dessert was ready. Filled with vanilla ice cream and enjoyed. Oops forgot plated pics.
