Pimento Cheese Burger

I was in Birmingham, AL this past weekend and went to the farmers market at pepper place on Saturday. I bought some fresh hamburger meat from Holmestead Farm, vegetables, and homemade pimento cheese from a vendor that slips my mind. I pattied the burgers tonight and noticed a considerable difference from store bought meat just by touch. At $6/lb it wasn't much more than regular meat. I seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cooked until medium on the medium egg. Put them on a sweet roll and topped with pimento cheese, fresh onions and jalapeños, and secret aardvark habanero. They turned out pretty awesome. The fresh and unique ingredients definitely helped. I will definitely cook them again!
