First turbo butt

Thought I would try the turbo butt for the first time. Dome is sitting at 325 and the meat is moving up to around 135. Indirect John Henry lump with apple chunks. I will try to get some photos when I foil for the last section of the cook. I split the two butts up and will cook the 2nd one tomorrow with hickory chunks.
I went to bed last night mean and woke up meaner !

At 7:30 the IT was at 200. Pulled off the BGE and wrapped in a towel and placed in the cooler. After 2 hrs the IT IS AT 186. Time to pull it apart and take it to the wife's work place for supper.
