Leftovers question

ChubbsChubbs Posts: 5,444

Stuck at work on this fine Saturday. Sucks seeing what all you guys and gals are egging.

I ma batching it tonight so I was planning to play with some pulled pork egg rolls like some of you recently. I have one last serving of leftover pulled pork in the fridge. It has been in tupperware since last saturday. Is this safe to eat or need to toss it?

If your fridge is below 40F, it should be fine

I always look at the leftovers real close and give it the sniff test.  ;)  If it isn't funky, you should be good...especially if your fridge is cold.  :)
