Pork Butt Done Early

I have a pork butt that is finished a few hours early. Normally I would FTC but I just realized I am pretty much out of foil. I have enough to cover the top of it in a pan. Could I put it in the pan, cover the top and just hold it in the oven at around 160 or so?
