Fish Tacos (halibut)

Did some halibut that I caught last year in Alaska for fish tacos. Lightly seasoned with evoo, salt, and pepper. When it was almost done topped it off with some cilantro paste that my wife picked up (they were out of actual cilantro). Once plated topped with parm cheese, fresh squeezed lime and a hot sauce that I recently discovered at a small Mexican restaurant.
