pulled pork egg rolls

A 3rd meal of pulled pork sandwiches no way. Its been done before here so took a crack at it. Cabbage, carrot, green onion (leftover Coleslaw ingredients) and some wrappers.
Fired the mini to 350 for frying. One note is you cant escape the BBQ pork taste so expect that when you eat the roll. No beauty contest here I was in a hurry.
