I'm not doing a good job of documenting my cooks this weekend. Just a couple of pics to prove it happened. Seared ahi tuna steaks on the small, with Thai chili lime dipping sauc. Had a little trouble getting the small up higher than 600. Seared for a minute per side. The Oban started flowing and the pics stopped.
