Got a late start, so cooked 250-300 until 165 internal then foiled, raised temp to 400, and took off at 200 internal. Let rest 45 minutes and pulled.

Great flavor (used new rub from my Elf), moist, but no most tender ever.
LBGE & SBGE.  Central Texas.
