Ribs, baby's and St. Louis style

Got 4 racks of ribs going for later on today, 2 racks baby back and 2 racks St. Louis, coated with mustard then the baby's got Dizzy Dust and Louis got Famous Dave's rib rub, then just a light dusting of another "secret blend" . Going for 3-2-1 method with apple juice misting every hour or so. More pics when done. Happy 4th of July everyone!
