Independence Day Butt Rub Show Down
Aggressive title? Certainly. Anyways, I have been interested in doing two Boston Butts at the same time; one with Bad Byron's Butt Rub (cut with 1/3 turbinado sugar) and one with DP Dizzy Dust for awhile now. Just put the butts on the egg about an hour ago for guests coming over tomorrow. I'll try to post up some pictures tomorrow but I'm very excited for a side-by-side comparison. I hope y'all have a great holiday as well. And for you up north, thanks for the pre-game party on Monday...
