I Love Chicken

Have cooked Spatchcock and the Beer can, any other recipes recommended?

    Need to see pics.

    Chicken wings- raised direct mix corn starch in the rub. Make a hot ranch sauce and toss them in that then back in egg. Good eats

    +4 for Wings flappers with Tsunami Spin, drummies with Viva Caliente rub 350 indirect for an hour or so. Next time I will mix some corn starch with my rub. Thanks Chubbs.

    Brine some boneless breasts in salt/sugar and then top with your favorite rub and grill- I like to add some sauce the last 10-15 min

    If you have a "beer can" stand, try the chicken inverted on the stand indirect at 350* or so. You might have to cut a bit of the backbone out to get it started.
