Simple meal tonight but sure was tasty! Cheesy garlic cauliflower. I've got to say it was my first time making an it was a pretty good side dish. 1 head of cauliflower,4-6 cloves of garlic minced, EVOO, cheese. Bust cauliflower into florets then put in a bowl you can shake. Add EVOO and garlic, shake. Then bake 20-25 on 350. Add cheese. It calls for 1/2 cp. of parm. But I did shredded cheddar. Bake for 5 more and eat.
