Skirt Steak Fajitas

I'm sorry, no photos today, I really didn't expect this to be worth mentioning! I was at the local butcher shop and saw a small piece of skirt steak for $4. I knew I would be home alone for a couple of days so it thought I would give this cut a try. If I tried it on my wife and it wasn't good I would hear about it for day's! Anyway, onions, green and red peppers in the ci, steak marinated in some evoo with lime juice, s&p, chile spice and then down low at high heat with a cunk of applewood. Dressed with some sour cream, salsa, tex mex cheese and avacodo. This was over the top delicious! I will do it again with photos. I really didn't expect it to be that delicious!
