Pork Butt coming off the Egg for a Rest

8.75lbs. I took it off at 195 and it sat FTC for two hours. I had one of my guests who has never dealt with a butt pull the bone and do some of the pulling. It's always fun to watch the amazement when the bone comes out.

    Yeah I never cook more than one unless I know I'm going to use it right away.. I only really make one/month and I enjoy cooking it more than eating it.
