Veal Burgers

Trying to eat healthier - down 24 pounds since March.  These were simple mix of 1lb lean ground veal and 1lb extra lean ground beef.  Added 2-3 tbsp. of fish sauce, chopped red onion, McCormick Burger Seasoning, and 1 tbsp. worchestershire.  Cooked direct on the egg at 600'F until internal was 160 and pulled to rest.  These were the first burgers I made with fish sauce and it is highly recommended.

    Forgot to mention - the potato salad was store bought sh !te that we probably won't eat the rest of the tub.  Lean Burgers made great leftovers @robnybbq with lots of juiciness.

    Looks great. I always forget to add fish sauce in my burgers. Thanks for the reminder.
