Trying to eat healthier - down 24 pounds since March. These were simple mix of 1lb lean ground veal and 1lb extra lean ground beef. Added 2-3 tbsp. of fish sauce, chopped red onion, McCormick Burger Seasoning, and 1 tbsp. worchestershire. Cooked direct on the egg at 600'F until internal was 160 and pulled to rest. These were the first burgers I made with fish sauce and it is highly recommended.
