We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Venison lunch on the small

Venison breakfast sausage and venison cubed steak. 1/2 the cubed steak sat in Dales marinade for about 30 minutes. The other half I used Oakridge venison and wild game rub on. I put some BBQ sauce on the sausage the last few minutes. Right before putting the meat on I threw in a handful of hickory pellets. Cooked direct @ 325. I'm loving this new small egg.
