Father's Day Feast: Lomo al trapo and some butts.

Had the family over to celebrate Father's Day and cranked out a few items for the BGE feast. Started with ~18# of pork butts which turned out awesome as usual. Finished up the egging with some lomo al trapo. Used a 5# tenderloin - only had to trim a little bit of sinew. Special thanks to @Foghorn and @Chubbs for the idea and guidance. Everyone loved the tenderloin, but it was a little too well done for me. The Themapen kept reading a little low, so I kept the beef in the coals, but should have gone with my instinct and pulled it a few minutes earlier. Still tuned out great and everyone was well fed.

"Al trapo" thought maybe it was Raccoon or Possum?

Yeah, I think it cooks a little after you pull it off. I'll probably pull the next one at 110.
