Coffee rub Ribeye

I found a decent looking coffee rub on the site. Made it and was scared. My ribeye was a 2 lb one-in USDA prime. So I was hoping I wasn't about to ruin it. Seven minutes at 600. Awesome. Best ever. You gotta try this. Can't even start to describe the complexities of the flavors. Wow!

Try adding cocoa powder to it.....makes it even better (think mole sauce)
