Tonight I tried a meatloaf after going gaga for one of the ones I tried at the Seattle Eggfest this past weekend. Flavor-wise it was fantastic but it seemed a bit dense to me. The wife, however, loved it. I also found this little slab of beef ribs at grocery store today and I've been wanting to try them for sometime now so I rubbed em and turbo'd em. I think in the future I should low and slow them to render a bit more fat but the flavor was awesome.
