Just for kicks, did some ribs today
Some of you saw my queso fattie from this morning. I ate that for lunch and put on some ribs right after that. Here they are. Did at about 235 for 3 hours. Wrapped them for another 2 and fished them with a glaze for about 30 minutes. Pretty good.
