Wiener problem

I can cook pizza, Beer Can Chicken, Hamburgers and chicken breasts but for some reason I always burn the Hot Dogs.

    Just call em burnt ends and sauce :-).  Really, burnt dog is only way to go.

    I butterfly a pork butt, spread with mustard and parsley, and then roll the 'dogs up in that; haven't burned one yet!  
     
    Seriousry, hots dogs are the only thing, besides pollairds, that I don't close the lid, they need attention and lots of turning.  But that's fun too.
