    it will be good regardless of whose method it is. All them Texans start to kinda blend together - they all know what they are doing, in the genes or water or something.

    Wow... this is the method CT used when he tested four styles, right? Are we sure CT and Travis aren't one and the same? What if I call this the CTrav method?

    Then I better pop open the Pappy because I'm dying tonight. My neighbors keep stopping at the spot on the sidewalk where you can smell the ribs and smoke. Death by CTrav ribs is a good way to go.

    I think that's how it went. You can go higher if you need them done quicker, but rotate the top and bottom midway if you go higher.
