I am cooking 2 - 7# pork butts tomorrow. Will the cooking time vary much or not at all from when I have done 1?

Cooking 2 8#'ers tonight as well.  Time will be the same as 1 8#er.

    Provided they are uniform.

Related-each will cook at their own pace and likely will finish an hour or two different in time.  Use foil, towels and cooler (FTC) to hold til ready to pull.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Another thing I will do when 'fresh' pulled pork is not a requirement is go ahead and pull the pork, put it in a tin, put it in the fridge, and reheat when I get where I am going.  It reheats really well as long as you reheat it slow.

FTC is a much better method but sometimes you have to make compromises and this is a pretty good one.

Allow an extra hour (like you can time them that close anyway) The more cold mass you put in the longer it will take to recover. If you were doing four, you would allow two hours so it's not linear.
