Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Porcelain vs stainless steel plus new nests.

Which is better in your opinion for grids? Also have you seen the new nests.. Went into dealer today and they had them on display.

Sorry, I am just plain dumb here. So what is new about this nest? Is it wider?

But...getting back to the matter at hand. When i went to buy the grid for the new BGE accessory i saw the SS and the Porcelain..i bought the porcelain.  Should i swap it out for the SS? Is there a difference? I will only be using the extender for temps below 400.

I would return it. The handler is (IMO) much safer for moving the Egg (have on both Larges).
