Let the egg rest this weekend but got brisket, ribs, sausage and others going! (food pics)

I have sinned because I hosted a BBQ at our house over the weekend for about 30 people and didn't use the eggs at all.

A fellow BBQ brethren and I started the cook on Friday night around 6pm to prepare for Saturday dinner for family and friends. We got 2 briskets going at 6pm and added 10 slabs of ribs around 3am all in the Shiny Momma. Brisket was a little bit salty and maybe slightly overcooked when we took it off Saturday at 9am. We took off the ribs around that time as well. FTC and re-heated everything inside the smoker (added juice only on the brisket) around 4pm to be ready for dinner and it came out tender. Ribs came out great!

Overall, good cook and enjoyable time with family and friends.
