6lb brisket

Just pulled this brisket off the egg, wrapped in towels and in the cooler. Internal was 195. Started at 11am, 250 grate temp rubbed with Oakridge Black Ops brisket rub and a few chunks of apple , oh and I used Wicked Good, the best IMO! Will post more pics after sliced
