An earlier post today indicated that blackened fish is the best way to cook fish.
I think there are other ways also.  To only cook one way would get boring after a while.

Prepped with aka-miso, ginger, vegetable oil, and panko.


Grilled on a comal.

Plated with shiitake mushroom broth, made of water, shiitake, and aka-miso.

Accompanied with a bok choy, mandarin orange, balsamic vinegariette.
