Pizza Night!

I've been a lurker for a little while since I bought my Egg, however, the family LOVES pizza night.  I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

Thanks for all the tips and recipes!

I think I'll go back into lurking mode- at least for a while...  :)

NO, No lurking, you owe us more cooks because if you continue to cook pizza you will need to replace that gasket and you owe us cooks in order to figure out how to do that.

On a serious note, nice looking pie. And for real you get a lot more out of the forum as an active participant opposed to the lurking.

Looks good.  What cheese, sauce, dough, etc. did you use.

That pizza looks good, did it brown evenly across the bottom?  Ever go sauceless?

Pizza looks great.  I've only done 1 so far but have it in the plans to do some more real soon.
