    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    It was a 10.5 pounder and it stalled for a long time.  I used Wicked Good lump, it never fails to please.  I expected a 12-14 hour cook, but ended up at 16 and then FTC for 2 hours.  It was tremendous.  Nothing tops the Egg for low and slows.  Pic shows the butt after 12 hours.

    Simple ingredients, amazing results!
